About Ava

As a caregiver with five years of experience, I am passionate about nurturing and educating children. My journey began with fulfilling babysitting roles, where I discovered my knack for childcare and desire to make a positive impact on young lives. I am patient, calm, and friendly, which creates a nurturing environment for the children in my care. I believe in open communication with parents and follow their preferred method to discuss their child's day or any concerns that arise. Regarding household rules, I take my cues from the parents to ensure consistency for the child. My approach to play is varied, from outdoor sports and physical games to board games and puzzles. I am also a skilled swimmer and would be thrilled to teach swimming if the opportunity arises. In addition to childcare, I am happy to assist with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, and light housekeeping.
