Hi! I am an energetic, outgoing, and positive special education teacher located in Ballston, Arlington, VA. I recently graduated from Vanderbilt University majoring in special education on the severe and multiple disabilities track. I will be starting my first teaching job as a multiple disabilities teacher in August. I have worked with children and adults with special needs with a range of needs. I have worked with children using AAC devices, children who are medically fragile, children using ASL, and children with challenging behaviors. I also was a peer mentor for the intellectual disability college program at Vanderbilt. I absolutely love my job as I get to work with such unique individuals with kind hearts. My students never fail to make me smile:)
