About Ava

I'm passionate about helping children learn and grow. I have three years of experience providing childcare for children ages 0-10. I think it's important to create a safe and nurturing environment for kids, while still having fun. I'm CPR- and first aid-certified. I'm available to provide childcare for up to three children, and I'm happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, crafts, and swimming supervision. I have a car and I'm comfortable with pets. I am a senior at UMass getting a sociology degree (online). I do a lot of granny hobbies (though I am 21). I sew, crochet, bake, and read, but I also enjoy staying active in the gym or through outdoor activities. I'm also an avid true crime fan. I'll always happily incorporate my interests into childcare (minus the true crime!) if it suits the child.
