About Ava

Hello! I am Ava. I'm a 21 years old & and student at Duquesne University. In school, I study nursing & women & gender studies. I have been babysitting for over 8 years & have 4 years of experience as a childcare provider at a small local daycare, Young Branches Childcare. At work, I took care of infants and toddlers. I created stimulating and age-appropriate activities and crafts for the children, to meet their developmental and social needs. My job was to make each child feel loved, nurtured, and safe, and to help them grow into their own person. I have the most experience working with infants and children under four but have cared for children of all ages (including those on the autism spectrum and with emotional disturbance).
