About Ava

I've always been passionate about nurturing the growth and development of children. My previous babysitting roles affirmed my desire to make a positive impact on young lives, leading me to pursue a career in elementary education. I can best be described as a patient, calm, friendly, and approachable individual. My approach involves following the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules. To keep parents informed, I provide written daily reports, verbal communication at pickup, and regular updates via text or phone call. When it comes to playtime, I enjoy engaging children in various activities that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being, such as outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games. With five years of experience, I'm comfortable caring for multiple children at a time. I hold CPR Training and have completed coursework in early child development while still attending college to obtain a bachelor's degree in Education.
