About Ava

Hi there! My name is Ava, and I'm a Health and Fitness Management major at Texas State University, where I'm also actively involved in Greek life. My dream is to start my own health coaching business after college, combining my love for wellness with my passion for helping others live healthier, happier lives. Alongside my studies, I've had the privilege of spending the past four years working in childcare, where I've babysat, nannied full time for a 6-month-old for a year, and worked in a church childcare program for three years. I genuinely love being around kids-their energy, curiosity, and joy inspire me daily. I'm comfortable caring for children of all ages, managing groups, and creating fun, safe environments where they can thrive. I pride myself on being reliable, flexible, and fully dedicated to making a positive difference in everything I do, whether it's helping kids grow or empowering others on their wellness journeys.
