As a creative and friendly caregiver with four years of experience, I'm passionate about providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive. I'm currently a substitute teacher at an elementary school in the Pre-K classroom! This role has shown me my true love and passion for working with children! I believe in open communication with parents and regularly provide verbal updates at pickup, as well as text or phone call updates. I have no issue enforcing household rules to ensure a structured and safe environment. My skillset includes First Aid & CPR certification! We love Ava!!! Nothing but good things to say about her. She does great with all kids and ages. I have 3 children and she has helped out with both date nights and over nights. Super accommodating with last minute stuff as well!!
