About Ava

I'm currently a college student with two large dogs, and throughout my life have owned and cared for a huge range of pets--from chickens to ball pythons to dogs to cats, even a scorpion and a chameleon at one time! I also have experience caring for parrots since my sister has an African Grey Parrot who I have kept for her at times. I love to be active, so playtime and walks are things I'm more than happy to do! I don't scare easy, or get squeamish, so rare pets are totally welcome, but of course I love a good ol' dog or cat too! I'd describe my personality as fun, adaptable, and curious. I like working with animals because the diversity of animal species has always fascinated me, and I love the way each one has their own unique personality. In my spare time, I like to read, hike, do nail art, and work towards gaining more certifications and learning new skills.
