About Ava

Hello! I am a 22-year-old recent graduate of Messiah University. During my time at Messiah I obtained my Biology degree while working part time as a nurse's aide in a nursing home. I provided care to a wide range of individuals above the age of 55. Some of my residents had dementia, some mental health struggles, others mobility needs or colostomy care. I really loved that job and over time grew to appreciate how gratifying it was to help others in that fashion. I recently moved back home to study and apply for grad school over the next few years. As such, I am looking for a way to continue doing the work that I loved while I was at school. I am a compassionate, experienced, and highly motivated care taker who is eager to return to work! My job involved help with dressing, showering, ADL support, housekeeping, and much much more. I am ready and willing to help in whatever way I can!
