Hello! I am a dedicated special needs caregiver with over 4 years of experience in early childhood development! My work spans both classroom settings and one-on-one care, with and without guardian involvement. I value consistency and like to maintain a schedule, yet I also appreciate and support the spontaneous nature of those I work with. This approach helps foster independence while building confidence in one's abilities. I am known for being patient, fun, and supportive, always embracing all abilities and diverse skillsets! In my volunteer program, I've worked with several youth members of various abilities and ages for 7+ years to accommodate their unique needs, assess/advocate for their accommodations, and worked with teams of people to develop and implement accessibility options and measures into multiple events ranging from local airshows and flight lessons to national, overnight STEM classroom academies.
