About Ava

I'd describe my personality as crafty, energetic and understanding. I like working with kids because I have always loved watching them light up any room they are in and bring joy to everyone around. I have worked with special needs children also and loved the experience and it opened my eyes and love for caring for children even more. I'm looking for a job that has great communication between all party's! I started working with kids when I was 16 on and off as a summer time babysitter. I got a job as a bus aid for special needs children which created even more love for caring for children and creating bonds with them. Since then I have had a nephew who was born and watching and helping him grow has been such an experience and honor. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my dog and go on hikes! I also love to garden and do anything crafty really! My skills include creativity to make fun out of anything, compassion for the situation and patience for any and all situations.
