We worked with Ava short term being a few weeks even though she took the job planned for a few months. She called out on a Monday then text that night 9pm stating she wasn't going to return to work for us. No notice given. At times she was disengaged with the children and needed us to provide structure and support. We often noticed her on her phone and felt her lack of interest in the job and babysitting.
