Hi! My name is Ava, I am turning 19 this summer and I love working with children. I have 3 years of work experience as a full-time summer camp counselor at Chapel Hill YMCA Camp Clearwater caring for children of all ages. Before I was a counselor, I gained experience through the YMCA's trainee and afterschool programs. I am currently in my first year at UNC Chapel Hill and am studying STEM with a concentration in neuroscience. I have my own car and insurance and am considered a very safe driver. I am responsible, patient, punctual, and most importantly fun and creative. In addition to childcare, I can assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, and pet care!
