About Ava

I'd describe my personality as empathetic, responsible, creative I like working with kids because they are a joy. Kids are so much fun and I love being there to lend a helping hand. I'm looking for a job that I can be a helper in. I love to help people and share joy and love with them. I started working with kids when I was about 13. I lived on a street with about 25 kids and I kind of become the designated babysitter and petsitter! In my spare time, I like to read and writer. I love to sing, dance, bake, watch movies, and crafty or artsy projects. I also love going on walks and being outside. One thing you should know about me is that I am very hard working and my times are flexible. I care deeply for people. My skills include empathy, I am a very good listener and am able to see situations from multiple perspectives. I am quick to take action in situations when/if needed. I am fairly good at conflict resolution.
