Hello, my name is Autumn! I am 23 years old and I have lived in California for about 7 months. For the past three years I have worked on and off at a day program for teens/adults with disabilities in Arizona. I am familiar with Down syndrome, schizophrenia, cerebral palsy, autism and cognitive delays. Our goal at the day program was to work daily on ISP goals, socializing skills, being out in the community and much more! I have assisted in the restroom, with feeding, feeding tubes and some educational based tasks. I have done some respite work as well. I love being out doors, cooking and arts & crafts. My future goal is to be a special needs teacher at an elementary school. For the next few years while I try to reach that goal I am really trying to find the perfect family to assist. I have reliable transportation and car insurance. I am comfortable with going out and about with your loved one if needed.
