Hello! I have extensive experience in caregiving and behavioral health. I previously worked as a caregiver in both senior living facilities and private care, where I assisted with daily living activities, mobility support, and emotional well-being. I also have a strong background in behavioral health, currently working as a Behavioral Health Technician, where I ensure patient safety, provide emotional support, and lead psychoeducation groups. My education includes a Biology degree with minors in Chemistry and Psychology, giving me a well-rounded understanding of health, wellness, and human behavior. I am certified in Basic Life Support, ensuring I can handle a variety of caregiving situations with expertise and compassion.
