I love Autumn! We have three year old twins and a six year old and not only was she one of the only people brave enough to take on our family, she does it with ease. She has been with us since our twins were just one year old and has handled all of their ages with such grace and confidence that we never worry for a moment. What truly sets Autumn apart is her ability to connect with and affirm neurodivergent children. Our kids LOVE her. We have both ADHD and Autism in our household and she truly sees and respects each of our kids for who they are, and her ability to sense and meet their individual needs is remarkable. Her calm, thoughtful demeanor and ability to stay attuned to their unique needs create a safe and supportive environment where they thrive. Autumn is also incredibly communicative, which we deeply appreciate. Whether it’s a quick update during the day or sharing insights about our children’s progress and behavior, she keeps us informed and involved. She’s one of the only people we trust to manage all three children at once, and we genuinely feel at ease knowing they’re in her care. Her reliability, warmth, and professionalism are unmatched, and we’re so grateful to have her as part of our family’s support system.
