As a nurturing and responsible childcare provider with three years of experience, I'm passionate about fostering a safe and nurturing environment for children. My journey in caregiving was inspired by my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles, where I discovered my natural ability to connect with children and make a positive impact on their lives. My calm and patient demeanor, coupled with my friendly and approachable nature, allows me to build strong relationships with children and their families. I believe in open communication and regularly provide verbal updates to parents about their child's day and any concerns that arise. While I am comfortable enforcing household rules, I always prioritize following the parents' lead to ensure consistency in the child's routine. I enjoy a variety of activities with children, including outdoor sports and physical games that encourage physical development.
