As a passionate childcare provider with three years of experience, I've dedicated myself to caring for children of many ages. My journey began in childhood when I discovered my love for caring for little ones. This passion led me to volunteer at my high school's daycare program, where I gained valuable experience and will obtain a teaching aid certification at graduation. My future goal is to work in pediatrics as a pediatric physician's assistant , further solidifying my commitment to nurturing children. With a patient and calm demeanor, I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment for the children in my care. I believe in open communication with parents and prioritize their preferred method, whether it's verbal communication at pickup or regular updates via text or phone call. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I'm very comfortable doing so in a gentle manner, ensuring the children understand the importance of following the guidelines from their parents/guardians.
