I especially enjoy working with individuals with Special Needs. I have experience caring for children with Autism (both high and low on the spectrum), Asperger's, and Williams Syndrome. I, however, welcome the opportunity to get to know and assist all children in their developmental growth. I have various family members with special needs so I definitely have developed the patience needed to help nurture and assist others. I'm currently seeking a part-time position ranging from 25-30 hours a week. I do however welcome short-term jobs as well as date nights and last minute childcare needs. Our family has been very skeptical about care for our son. From the very first impression of Austin, she made us and our son feel very comfortable. I was relieved when she agreed to watching our son.
