I cannot recommend Austin as a sitter. He does not do a good job of listening to clear directions that we gave him. I had to repeat myself multiple weeks. He talked (complained) about things I said to him to my children and my children told me. When I followed up, he did not deny those things he said. Though he spent time with my kids, he spent a lot of time on his phone and not being intentional with my kids.
