The only positive aspect was that she arrived on time and had her own car. However, once she joined our household, her behavior became problematic. She spent most of her time sitting and engrossed in her phone, while my children were left to play independently. She also showed limited interaction with them. We had specifically sought someone to spend quality time with our children and assist them with their meals. We had installed a camera to monitor her activities, but we were still not satisfied with her performance. Consequently, we decided to terminate her employment after a few days.
