About Aurora

Hello there, I'm Aurora! I am a college graduate of Radford University with a degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology, as well as a former police officer. I have 15 years of working with children from toddlers to teenagers. I am dependable, organized and great at keeping a schedule. During my teenage years, I spent my summers as the head dive coach at my local pool, managing and teaching 20-40 kids how to dive. I coached for eight years and loved every second. I like a good indoor craft as much as I like a good outdoor adventure. I also love to cook and bake, so I can help with meals if needed or just as a fun project. I also have experience working with children with disabilities. I am happy to help do homework; I can tutor most subjects. Keeping a clean environment is very important to me, so I am happy to help with chores and instill good habits. I bring a positive atmosphere anywhere I go.
