Audrey R. worked with our family and little one from the time he was 5 months to about 10 months while i worked inside the home. To say thay our son adored her would be an understatement. Our little boy's smile would light up the room when she'd walk in. This warmed my heart and I knew that we had picked a good fit for our little guy. Audrey is great with little kids and listens to the parents wants and needs for daily interactions. She also is an amazing communicator and will fill you in on your kiddos day, any scheduling that needs to be addressed, etc. She also is super reliable. While we miss her as a nanny, we still keep in touch through babysitting and little mini hangouts so our son can see his friend. I'm sure she'd be a great fit for you family if you have little ones:)
