I provide regular updates on their child's day, either verbally at pickup or through text or phone calls, depending on their preferred method of communication. I firmly believe that effective communication is key to building trust and maintaining a positive relationship with parents. Regarding household rules, I adopt a flexible approach, aligning with the parents' guidelines and expectations.
