About Audrey

I am a a creative, enthusiastic and dedicated teacher with over 25 years experience . I worked primarily with children aged 2-5. Besides teaching general education to preschoolers I also developed and implemented an after school art program. I also taught art to Kindergarten through Second Grade. Areas of study were drawing, sculpting, set design and painting. I have experience as a tutor helping to prepare children for Kindergarten. I also have experience with teens working as a Youth Director. I am also CPR and First Aid Certified having been a Lifeguard for many years as well. I am the mom to three children myself, aged 16, 26 and 27. I am an avid reader and as a teacher I have learned to use many different voices and inflections when I read aloud to my students. I am also a master story teller. Give me a subject and I can weave a magical story in no time. I am also a pet lover having a dog and a cat myself. I love the outdoors and the beach and my family and myself lead a very active outdoor life. I know with my knowledge of child development and my genuine love for children I will be the right fit for your family. My goal is always to guide children in reaching their highest potential all within a safe and nurturing environment.
