Audrey seems like a good human. But she was not sufficiently dependable, efficient, or reliable for this job. She did some things quite well. Other things seemed to take a very long time (relative to if my former nanny had done it, or if I had), or were not well done / incomplete or she didn't follow instructions and the task had to be redone. She was also challenged to follow the instructions correctly to get herself set up in payroll, and she was borderline belligerent to my nicest-human-in-the-world accountant when it was actually Audrey who hadn't completed the instructions correctly. So unfortunately, no, it was not a dependable experience, and I would not hire Audrey again.
