Hello, I have been working with children and adults with special needs and disabilities for 8+ years and in the home for 5 years. I have experience working with severe cerebral palsy, autism, down syndrome, and a few others. I am able to lift and transfer, feed, bathe, and help with medications. I am wanting my long term career to be working in the medical field diagnosing people with people with special needs and disabilities so working with them while i'm on my school journey is just a plus as I love to learn about them and enjoy their outlooks on the world.
