When COVID first sent kids online in March of 2020, I suddenly found myself tutoring and teaching Zoom school full time for a busy family with three school-age kids. Since then, I have successfully helped multiple families with these same tasks, as well as working full time over the summer to help a child catch up to where they needed to be academically for the upcoming school year. I also worked as a Zoom pod teacher from October of 2020 until March of 2021 for two kids in different schools. I am well versed in all areas of academia and have learned multiple teaching styles, and am able to quickly assess a child's needs and determine the best way to help them learn. I believe in helping children to fully understand what it is that they are learning as opposed to memorization without understanding.
