I've worked with individuals with special needs doing private care for almost 10 years. I prefer community related work where we go out for the day to do tasks, whether errands or fun. Exercising, swimming, outings of any kind, including shopping etc. But I also do home based where I assist in help with laundry and meals. Positivity and encouragement to be independent and helping them regulate their day with a smile.
