I have calm and patient demeanor, and I easily connect with children being I'm the eldest of my family and only girl all around so I've definitely acquired that motherly role through my younger brother and many cousins! I encourage creativity and imagination through various activities, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. Regular updates and open communication with parents to ensure everyone is on the same page. I'm comfortable with enforcing household rules, I also believe in open communication and collaboration with parents to find the best approach for their children.
