I'd describe my personality as fun, patient, & caring! I started caring for people with special needs when my mom began working as a paraprofessional at the elementary level. From there I knew that was a career path I wanted to pursue. I graduated from Slippery Rock University in the winter of 2016. I have worked as a teacher in a variety of special education classroom environments. My most recent/current job has been as a special education teacher for grades K-3 for the last 6 years. I have worked with a variety of students with disabilities including ADHD, autism, learning disabilities, Down syndrome, and Tourette syndrome. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my friends, family, and dogs (pugs). I also love to read, hike, kayak, swim, play sports, crafts, watch movies, & more! One thing you should know about me is I believe that I am very kind and thoughtful. I will make sure to put your child(ren) first and keep them safe.
