About Aubrey

My personality could best be described as caring, creative, and attentive. I like working with kids because I connect with them easily and enjoy helping them learn & grow. I'm looking for a job in which we all care for one another and are able to create a loving and stable environment for the children. I've been a full time nanny for the past 5 years. Beyond that I've worked with kids in many capacities - babysitting since I was 11 years old, working at camps, and teaching swim lessons. In my spare time, I enjoy being outdoors: hiking, swimming, and biking. I also enjoy going to shows and spending time with friends. One thing you should know about me is that I really value honesty and open communication. Especially in this profession, I believe these are key for success. My skills include calmness in all situations, flexibility - whether technical in terms of scheduling or emotional in dealing with where children are on any given day, and creativity.
