About Aubrey

Hi, I'm Aubrey! I'm a wife, mom of two, & a certified teacher. I am certified in K-12 instrumental & vocal music. I have 8 years of public school teaching experience, have been a lead infant teacher at a Montessori School, currently teach part-time at a Kids Day Out program, & have also nannied for multiple families. As a teacher, I was a choir & band director for large groups of children, planning endless trips and large music programs. I am also a professional flute teacher. I am looking for a position that will allow me to care for my two kids as well (2 & 4), whether that be bringing them w/ me to play w/ your child(ren), or taking care of your child(ren) out of my home. I love playing with kids- getting on the floor with them to explore, play, & read. I plan arts & crafts, musical activities, and outdoor fun! I am not a fan of screen time & am very hands on. Your child will be very active with me! If at my home, we have a large playroom, fenced yard, & neighborhood playground.
