I am a passionate, experienced caregiver with four years of experience, dedicated to fostering children's growth and development. I have always had positive experiences in previous child care roles. I am patient, calm, creative, imaginative, friendly, and approachable, which helps me connect with children and create a nurturing environment. I believe in open communication with parents, and I can provide written daily reports, verbal reports at pickup, or through the parents' preferred communication method. My approach to enforcing household rules is guided by the parents' lead, ensuring a consistent, harmonious environment for the children. I am comfortable caring for up to three children, ranging from infants to teens, and I enjoy playing a variety of games with them, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning.
