About Athena

I've been entrusted to care for children over the last three - four years because of my passion for nurturing their growth and development. My previous babysitting roles were incredibly significant and reinforced my desire to make a positive impact on young lives. I recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a focus in development and children. I'm a patient, calm individual with a friendly and approachable demeanor. I have no trouble communicating with parents, as I provide written daily reports and am happy to discuss any issues verbally at pickup. I also make sure to follow the parents' preferred communication method. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules and enjoy playing board games and puzzles with children. I also love educational games that promote learning as well as shows or documentaries that do the same. I'm comfortable caring for up to two children between the ages of 0 and 11.
