I have 15 years experience working with children, infant to 7 years old. I'm CPR and First Aid Certified. I also have my Fingerprint clearance card. My qualifications include teaching a preschool class for three years, home school teaching experience for one year and assisted with teaching special needs elementary students for five years. As first-time parents, it was difficult leaving our newborn in the care of someone else when we returned to work, but Athena completely put our minds at ease! She is kindhearted, knowledgeable, trustworthy, flexible, and hardworking. She kept us updated throughout the day, sending us pictures, videos, and even leaving a log to summarize our baby girl's daily activities. She creates such a fun, playful, learning environment with lots of music, songs, and developmental activities for little ones. She has become like part of our family and we miss her dearly!
