About Aspen

Hello! I am a recent graduate of CSU where I completed my undergrad in Computer Engineering. In school I focused on programs to get the younger generations engaged in STEM, so I have spent a lot of time teaching and doing student outreach. Now as a graduate I would love to continue on that path and also engage my passions in Literature, History, and Art as well. As a non-traditional learner myself I enjoy creating lessons and approaches to learning that can be accessible to any student. I like tutoring because I benefited from tutoring at multiple points in my education and love to share my passion for learning with others. I started tutoring when I was in highschool as an opportunity to teach kids art in my neighborhood and also as a student tutor to underclassmen, and continued as a learning and teaching assistant throughout college.
