Let me help you create a cleaner, more organized environment. Flat rate for standard cleanings is $100 per pay. Deep cleaning varies from $150-$200 Hoarding situations vary from state of hoard. I can provide references and pictures of before and after. I use my own products or I can use what you prefer.
