Hi! My name is Ashton (she/her). I have been both a part time and full time nanny for the past 4 years, working with ages from 3 months to 10 years old! I can provide reference letters and contact information for some of the incredible families that I have worked with. My philosophy as a nanny is to create a safe space for children to explore and express their feelings, thoughts, and imaginations. It is important to me to guide children through identifying and processing their emotions by validating them and creating the space to feel. I believe that communication is key in a position as intimate as a nanny's. I am super active yoga teacher and I love to be outside! I am CPR/First Aid certified for infants, children, and adults. My transportation is reliable and safe. I have been fully vaccinated and take COVID protocols very seriously, as my fiancé (also fully vaxxed) is high risk. Ashton is amazing at what she does! She has a wonderful energy my kids were drawn to right away and they felt safe with her. She is an excellent communicator, punctual and empathetic and kind.
