Ash is an incredible nanny and hiring them was the best decision I have ever made for my daughter. When Ash started with us, I had just pulled my 10-month-old daughter out of daycare because she was having bad separation anxiety there. My daughter had a lot of difficulty being away from me (even when she was with relatives she already knew) and I was worried it would take her a long time to adjust. I had never seen anyone entertain and charm her the way Ash did. Within a day she was completely at ease with Ash, laughing and smiling. Ash came up with creative games for them to play, brought arts and crafts from home to do art projects together, brought her presents, took her to the library and playground and gardens, organized playdates, and constantly did silly things to make her laugh. I work from home and always heard a lot of music, laughter, and singing when they were home. Ash is extremely professional. They were always very reliable, punctual, and trustworthy. It is clear that they are incredibly experienced with babies and toddlers and treat them with a lot of respect and love. Every day, I felt completely at ease that my daughter would be safe and have the best possible care with Ash. After Ash became her nanny, my daughter became so much happier. She slept better and her anxiety improved. When Ash walked in the door in the morning, my daughter cackled with joy and reached for them. I could never have imagined that we would get so lucky to find the perfect nanny and I highly recommend Ash!
