About Ashlyn

Hi! I will be entering my sophomore year at NDSU, and I have two years of experience as a childcare provider working at my local elementary school. I've also thoroughly enjoyed my previous babysitting roles which I have been doing since I was 15, and am eager to expand my positive impact on kids. I am patient, caring, and organized which allows me to be a good role model to children. I believe in clear and open communication with parents, and I'm comfortable using their preferred method to provide regular updates on their child's day or any issues that arise. Additionally, I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and consistent environment for the children in my care. When it comes to playtime, I love engaging children in a variety of games, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational activities. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children, ranging from age 3 and up.
