About Ashlynn

I have been caring for children and helping families for over 20 years and I am not only looking for employment to earn an income, but am also wanting to be a part of a family. I am the oldest of 7 siblings, have held numerous nanny positions, have been a Youth Personal Support Worker for the State of Oregon, and I currently have an 18-month-old. I've cared for children of all ages, backgrounds, and special needs and have developed an understanding that all children and people are different and there is no "one size fits all" when it comes to being a caregiver. I lead with patience and love and expect to work together to create our own dynamic to ensure we're all on the same page. My hope is to be able to care for others' children, while simultaneously being able to care for my own as I am used to caring for 4+ children at once. I am able to come to you or can watch them at my home and am comfortable with out-of-home adventures/activities. I look forward to discussing more with you!!
