About Ashlynn

My name is Ashlynn, I have been working as a CNA for about 4 years and a caregiver/PCA for about 3 years. I came into this field because my grandmother had dementia and my mom took her in when I was 15 years old. Seeing how it affected her and in her daily life. I just knew this was the field I wanted to be in to help those that can't help themselves. I am currently am going back to school to get my CNA 1 (due to it being expired) and then planning on nursing school after to get my associates. I love working with elderly people and I have lots of experience. I am very good with individuals that have dementia or Alzheimer's as well. I have also lived with a couple that had dementia for about a year. Knowing I can help someone and their family is truly a blessing.
