Hi there, my name is Ashlynne. I've been in the health care field for quite awhile now. I've done lots of Home health care. I do have a CNA certificate and will be going back to school for Phlebotomy. So I'm a very driven individual. I have plenty of experience with transfers, hoyers and Sara lifts. I've worked in AFC homes with up to 12 adults with behaviors, but loved every minute of it. Yes there were struggles, there always is, but you to love it all. You take the good days with the bad days. I also strongly believe in just simple fun time too. Being a CNA means much more than just resident care. I'd love to think ADL's mean more than going to the bathroom. Sometimes playing a game of Cards is what people need too and just sitting down with a movie and some popcorn.
