My journey in childcare began with babysitting for my mother's sorority, which taught me the importance of patience and adaptability. In December 2018, I took on my first official job as a swim instructor and lifeguard at Kids First Swim School. These roles allowed me to develop skills in teaching, communication, and emergency preparedness, which I continue to apply in my work with children. With my bubbly personality, creativity, and caring nature makes working with children feel less like a job and more like a rewarding experience. I believe in maintaining open communication with parents, providing regular updates about their child's day in whatever way you prefer. I am fully trained in decision-making during emergencies; I'm prepared for any situation that may arise.
