About Ashlyn

As a caregiver with four years of experience, I am passionate about taking care of your kiddos and supporting families. I am comfortable babysitting all ages. I started babysitting when I was 15 and am now 19 and still babysit often. I also was a camp counselor and kids academy member at Lifetime Fitness. It's very rewarding because it showed me the positive impact I can have on children's lives. I am patient, calm, and friendly, which helps me connect with children and build trust. When it comes to communicating with parents, I believe in regular updates and transparency. I follow the preferred communication method of each family to ensure they are informed about their child's day and any issues that arise. I am also very comfortable enforcing household rules to provide a safe and structured environment for the children in my care. In addition to my experience, I am CPR certified and am majoring in business at the University of Arkansas right now.
