About Ashlyn

I am a 20-year-old college student currently pursuing a career in childhood education with 5+ years of childcare experience. I have an extensive background with children of all ages- growing up, I cared for younger relatives as a nanny and babysitter. I was also a charity princess with the A Moment of Magic Foundation and portrayed "Anna" from Frozen. I have volunteered at pediatric clinics, worked as a camp counselor, and I presently am a part-time daycare teacher at Mrs. Micha's Child Care in Tallahassee, FL. I am very passionate about early childhood development and research. I am a firm believer of modeling authoritative structure to children, with an emphasis on love, growth, and educational play. I have my own transportation and am able to provide rides to and from school or any daily activities the kids participate in. I am CPR and BLS certified. I also have 40+ unit hours of DCF training. I have 10+ years of housekeeping experience.
