I have been regularly babysitting for over 6 years, I was a nanny while receiving my AD in Child Development. I worked in early childhood education for 2 years, and now during the day I am a paraprofessional with special needs children. I can help promote adaptive skills such as toileting, hygiene, and household chores, as well as being a tutor for homework for kids up to 8th grade. My bachelor's degree is in Elementary Education with a special education endorsement, so I am comfortable working and assisting kids of all abilities! I am slowly learning ASL at my day job, and I am comfortable working with children who are non-vocal, and am familiar with AAD technology. I can help around the house to the comfort level of the family, and encourage kiddos to learn these skills too!

I would give more than five stars if I could! Ashlyn was the best nanny I have ever had with my daughter. She went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was happy, learning and well taken care of. If I hadn’t moved so far away I would hire her over anyone else.
