I've had the opportunity to care and pet sit for almost 3 decades with lots of varieties of furry and some not so furry friends, not only have I cared for family pets, friends pets, I've also cared for others in my community and while traveling. My own pup lived to be almost 18 years old, so I have experience with the little seniors too. I'd describe my personality as compassionate, dependable, and caring. I started working with animals when I was a teenager caring for family members animals, and neighbors animals as well, I've been an animal lover ever since! In my spare time, I like to read, create art projects, travel, listen to music, spend time with friends and family. I have known Ashley for 9 years while i have witnessed her care for multiple pets during this period, not only as a trustworthy well informed caregiver but also while being a loving mom to her own dog with so much attention that he enjoyed a long healthy life aging well. I have had her take care of my family dog mixed terrier and my neighbors Chow Chow when she was available in the state of Virginia, and they formed a special bond. I never worry while I am away. The best pet sitter I have ever worked with going the extra mile to learn about pet nutrition and aging. It is very clear how much she loves animals and how much mine loved her. Reliable, trustworthy, and with excellent communications making sure her availability is clear!
